The Brazilian artistic gymnastics athletes Flávia Saraiva, Rebeca Andrade, Jade Barbosa, and Lorrane Oliveira have been called up for a training camp with the Brazilian National Team. The goal is to continue their preparations for the World Championships, which will take place in Doha, Qatar, from October 25th to November 3rd.

The gymnasts performed at CT Time Brasil this Monday (01), accompanied by the coach of Mais Querido, Ângelo Sabino. The training stage ends on October 16. On the 17th, the Brazilian Team embarks for Doha, where the acclimatization phase begins, followed by the competition.

In September, Flávia, Jade, Rebeca, and Lorrane were part of the group that competed in the Pan American Artistic Gymnastics Championships. In Lima, Peru, Flávia secured two silver medals and a bronze medal in the tournament, which also ended with Brazil finishing second in the team competition. This result secured the country's spot in the 2019 Pan American Games.

The artistic gymnastics teams of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo rely on resources from their sponsors – AmBev, Rede D'or, IRB Brasil RE, CSN, Brasil Plural, EY – via the Federal Incentive Law/Ministry of Sports (IR), in addition to support from the Brazilian Committee of Clubs (CBC) resulting from the decentralization of resources originating from the Pelé Law.
