After a strong showing at the Minsk Tournament, the Brazilian women's artistic gymnastics team is preparing for another challenge before the biggest celebration in world sport, the Olympics.
Until the 5th, the Brazilian women will be participating in the International Women's Team Tournament in Rome, Italy. This will be their final appearance before the Beijing Games. Jade Barbosa is one of the seven members of the Brazilian delegation in the competition and the official representative of CRFlamengo.
Brazil will face teams from Italy, Romania, Belarus and Greece.
After the tournament, the team will return to their arduous training routine in Brazil. On the 16th, the team will depart for Tokyo, Japan. They are expected to arrive at the Olympic Village on August 1st.
