The technical committee of the red-black artistic gymnastics and the teachers of the Sempre Flamengo Sports School received this last Thursday (26), at the Cláudio Coutinho gym, the gymnast and teacher Carlos Ramirez Pala, for an acrobatic trampoline course. Ramirez Pala, 14 times Brazilian champion and South American champion of the sport, came to share some of his knowledge with the teachers, interns and coordinators of Flamengo gymnastics.

Luisa Parente, Mais Querido's Land Sports Manager, emphasized the importance of this new knowledge for the red-black technical committee.

"The trampoline is the basis of coordination in gymnastics. It's commonly known as a trampoline, sometimes even a jumping mat, but the trampoline is the basis of all posture, part of basic jumps, so it's essential for our technical development, both at the Sports School and as a team," explained Luisa.

The trampoline, in addition to also being a modality embraced by the Brazilian Gymnastics Confederation (CBG), is an auxiliary apparatus for artistic gymnastics.

The artistic gymnastics teams of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo have support from the Brazilian Club Confederation (CBC) from the decentralization of resources originating from the Pelé Law and with resources from its sponsor – MRS Logística – via the Federal Incentive Law/Ministry of Sport (IR).
