The Brazilian women's artistic gymnastics team has embarked for China, where they will compete in the Tianjin World Cup on May 14th and 15th.

Daniele Hypólito will be the only representative of CRFlamengo in the competition, which will feature two other Brazilians, Daiane dos Santos and Ethiene Franco.

Like other international competitions, the World Cup stages are preparatory for the Beijing Olympic Games, in which the Brazilian women's team has already guaranteed participation.

The qualifying phase will be this Wednesday and the finals on Thursday, the 15th.
