Flamengo competes in the Brazilian Pre-Child and Youth Artistic Gymnastics Championships
Championships will be held in Porto Alegre-RS, this weekend

Next weekend, Flamengo will compete at CETE - State Sports Training Center, in Porto Alegre, RS, in the Brazilian Pre-Children and Youth Artistic Gymnastics Championships. The club traveled with the Pre-Children's men's and women's teams, as well as a youth athlete. On Saturday (August 22.08), performances will be from 8:40 a.m. to 19:20 p.m. On Sunday (August 23.08), competitions will run from 9:10 a.m. to 11:50 a.m. The event will honor the best team, individual all-around, and apparatus athletes. The trip is part of the Brazilian Club Confederation (CBC) project.
The competitions will bring together more than 170 gymnasts, representing the states of Minas Gerais, Paraná, Pernambuco, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul, and São Paulo, as well as the Federal District. This will be the first competition with a full team since 2011. Little by little, Flamengo is rebuilding the sport and developing a new generation of gymnastics athletes.

The artistic gymnastics teams of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo receive funding from their sponsor, MRS Logística, via the Federal Incentive Law/Ministry of Sports (IR). You can also contribute by becoming a Flamengo Guardian Angel. Simply transfer up to 6% of your IR due and receive your contribution back in your income tax refund. The program will be back on air soon.
