Flamengo remains steadfast in its commitment to fostering the development of artistic gymnastics nationwide. This week, the club welcomed eight talented young athletes for a technical exchange at the Cláudio Coutinho gymnasium in Gávea.

Five athletes from the Artistic Gymnastics Training Center (CTGA), in Cuiabá (MT), and three gymnasts from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), in Belo Horizonte, participated in training supervised by club professionals, in a rich exchange of experiences with the red-black team.

The initiative is part of Flamengo's commitment to the growth of the sport in Brazil, promoting integration between different training centers, sharing technical knowledge and encouraging high performance from the grassroots level.

For Mengão, opening the club's doors to projects from different regions is also a way to strengthen national gymnastics and identify new talent who could, in the future, represent the country in major competitions.
