On the balance beam, the team will feature four Flamengo athletes: Daniele, Flavia, Jade, and Rebeca. On Thursday (4), the day before the Games' opening ceremony, the podium training will determine the athletes who will compete on the floor.

The women's artistic gymnastics qualifiers for the Rio Games begin on Sunday (7).

The gymnastics teams of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo have support from the Brazilian Club Confederation (CBC) from the decentralization of resources originating from the Pelé Law and with resources from its sponsor – MRS Logística – via the Federal Incentive Law/Ministry of Sport (IR).
