The Brazilian artistic gymnastics team is back in Curitiba, where they began training at the Center of Excellence, aiming for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. With one month to go before the biggest celebration in world sport, the gymnasts feel ready to shine and take Brazil to the highest place on the Olympic podium.

After a season of competitions across Europe over the last three weeks, the Brazilian national team gymnasts now have a new commitment.

Next Wednesday (July 16th), the team heads to Japan to continue training and acclimatization. From there, they will travel directly to the Olympic Village in Beijing (China) on August 1st.

It is worth remembering that Danielle Hypólito and Jade Barbosa, federated by the CRF, are members of the Brazilian artistic gymnastics team.
