Flamengo gymnast wins two gold medals in European competition
Rebeca Andrade represented Brazil in England and was champion in the individual all-around and team competitions in a friendly tournament.

Last Saturday (June 8.06), she represented Brazil in a friendly tournament in England, which also featured gymnasts from top British clubs. The red-and-black athlete finished the competition with two gold medals.
The first came with victory in the individual all-around. The second came as part of the Brazilian trio that placed first in the team competition. Besides Rebeca, two other red-and-black players were with the Brazilian national team in England: Maria Cecília Cruz and Milena Theodoro.
"Rebeca is currently the big promise for 2016. She's the revelation we have in Brazil today. She's very technical, explosive, and strong. She still has a lot to shine. Flamengo is a hotbed of good gymnasts," said Ana Paula Luck, Flamengo's artistic gymnastics technical coordinator.
