Flamengo had a prominent participation in the traditional Jesolo 2025 Tournament, held in Italy, one of the most prestigious competitions in international artistic gymnastics. Representing the Brazilian National Team in the adult and youth categories, the Flamengo gymnasts demonstrated all their talent, determination, and competitiveness.
In her international debut as an adult athlete, Júlia Coutinho delivered an impressive performance, placing 5th in the floor final, demonstrating maturity and technique, even in her first competition outside Brazil in this new phase of her career. Coutinho also contributed to Brazil's 7th-place finish in the team event, alongside Flamengo teammates Gabriela Bouças, Hellen Vitória, and Maria Eduarda Montesino.
In the youth category, Isabel Aguilar was one of the standout performers of the Brazilian delegation. The youngster came very close to the podium in two finals, finishing 4th on balance beam—just four-tenths of a second away from bronze—and also 4th on floor exercise, just 25 hundredths of a second away from the medal. Isabel also finished 7th on vault and 8th on uneven bars, solidifying her versatility and consistency.
Another promising young gymnast from Flamengo, Nicole Bello also shone in the competition. The gymnast entered two finals and placed 5th on floor and 8th on vault, reinforcing the excellent form of Flamengo's youth gymnastics teams.
