The city of Vitória, in Espírito Santo, will host the Brazilian Artistic Gymnastics Championship. The competition will be held at the Álvares Cabral Club and will begin this Friday (06.08), starting at 10 am, with the massive presence of Flamengo athletes.

With a top-notch coaching staff, comprised of coaches Viviane Cardoso, Ricardo Pereira, Renato Araújo, and Pietro Ledomado, Flamengo's star constellation travels in search of the best results.

"We are ready to achieve good results. We have intensified our training due to the presence of the Brazilian team and we have a great chance," said Ricardo Pereira.

\

Eight-time Brazilian champion in the individual all-around, Daniele Hypolito is coming off the back of three medals won in the last stage of the World Cup in Porto, Portugal, and promises to shine in the Brazilian Championship.

\

It's worth remembering that the red-and-blacks were the most decorated team in the last national competition, the Troféu Brasil, held in Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul, in May. Jade Barbosa made her comeback in style and was crowned champion.

\

The Brazilian Artistic Gymnastics Championship will feature 65 athletes from 11 national clubs.
