Letícia Costa and Henrique Motta were the two CRFlamengo gymnasts who achieved good results during the Brazilian Youth Artistic Gymnastics Championships, held in Curitiba last weekend.

Letícia, the newest member of the Brazilian national team, finished first on the balance beam with a score of 13,400. The red-and-black athlete also won the silver medal on the vault with a score of 14,475.

In the men's event, Henrique Motta stood out. Following in the footsteps of his Club teammate, Diego Hypolito, the gymnast finished third in the Floor Exercise with a score of 14,050, a narrow margin over second-place Daniel da Silva (Metodista), who scored 14,150. Caio Souza (AABB) secured first place with 14,200 points. Henrique didn't make the podium on the Vault, but secured a strong fifth-place finish (14,700).

The apparatus finals were held last Sunday, with 68 Brazilian gymnasts participating. The SERC team won the men's event, and APCEF won the women's event.
