Historic! Brazil wins first-ever DTB Pokal team title

The event, which serves as preparation for the World Championships, featured major teams such as the Netherlands and France. Rebeca Andrade, Jade Barbosa, and Flávia Saraiva, gymnasts from Mais Querido, were part of the winning team and took the Rubro-Negro to the top once again.
Rebeca was Team Brazil's standout performer in the competition. The red-and-black athlete won on all apparatuses: vault (14.800 points), balance beam (13.433 points), floor exercise (14.133 points), and uneven bars (14.566 points). Brazil won gold with a total of 164.396 points, ahead of Russia with 159.496 points and the Netherlands with 153.763 points. The gymnastics team is preparing as best it can for the World Championships, which will be a qualifying event for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
