Lorrane Oliveira wins first place in the all-around at the South American Artistic Gymnastics Championships

Flamengo took the top spot on the podium at the South American Artistic Gymnastics Championships. Competing in Cochabamba, Bolivia, Lorrane Oliveira, a gymnast from Mais Querido, won first place in the individual all-around (51,133), the team title, and gold on the uneven bars (12,975).

In the same event, the also red-black gymnast Milleny Esteves took fourth place in the event (11,350) and was part of the Brazilian team champion group, together with Lorrane. 

The Brazilian team arrived as the favorite in the competition, and won 18 medals, including eleven gold, four silver and three bronze, maintaining its hegemony on the continent. 

The artistic gymnastics teams of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo rely on resources from their sponsors – AmBev, Rede D'or, IRB Brasil RE, CSN, Brasil Plural, EY – via the Federal Incentive Law/Ministry of Sports (IR), in addition to support from the Brazilian Committee of Clubs (CBC) resulting from the decentralization of resources originating from the Pelé Law.
