Multiple champion for Flamengo, Georgette Vidor is the guest on FlaTV's 'Virtual Chat'
The red-black technical coordinator returned to the club at the beginning of the year

The red-black spoke about her return to the club, her titles with Mais Querido, her work with the youth teams and much more. Check out some excerpts below:
Return to the club
"Flamengo is a champion club. Gymnastics is a winning sport, and our goal is not only to win titles but also to ensure our gymnasts can be on the Brazilian National Team. My return is precisely that: to ensure Flamengo continues to win victories and gain representation on the national team."
Titles for Flamengo
"I have eleven Brazilian Adult Women's Championship titles with the club. I coached almost 50 gymnasts in total, and of those, 35 or more were from Flamengo. I managed to get these athletes to join the Brazilian National Team in South American competitions, the Pan American Games, the World Championships, and the Olympics. So it's a long and very successful story. I don't think there's any club in women's artistic gymnastics in Brazil that has had as much success as Flamengo."
Working with young talents
"I can say that champions are born with a certain quality. They're capable of withstanding a heavy training load and pressure. This happens in any sport. In individual sports, as is the case in gymnastics, when we choose a child and see a future, they also already demonstrate the right kind of character and personality. They demonstrate throughout training that they have the ability to withstand pressure, pain, and the demands of coaches."

"Today, Flamengo has a very good youth team, which will be a great asset to the club in the future. We're working with the adult generation while also waiting for these girls to grow. Flamengo may not have a large representation on the Brazilian national team at the next Olympic Games, but I believe that by 2028, we'll have a significant number of representatives on the national team. That's my proposal."
The artistic gymnastics teams of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo rely on resources from their sponsors – AmBev, Rede D'or, IRB Brasil RE, CSN, Brasil Plural, EY – via the Federal Incentive Law/Ministry of Sports (IR), in addition to support from the Brazilian Committee of Clubs (CBC) resulting from the decentralization of resources originating from the Pelé Law.
