Rebeca Andrade participates in the Baku stage of the Artistic Gymnastics World Cup
The competition will be held between March 12th and 15th in Azerbaijan.
By Romulo Paranhos - inFlamengo's Rebeca Andrade will remain with the Brazilian artistic gymnastics team to participate in the Baku leg of the World Cup, which will take place from March 12th to 15th in the Azerbaijani city. The gymnast will represent the "Mais Querido" (the most beloved team) in the competition alongside Georgette Vidor, Flamengo's technical coordinator, who was invited to watch the tournament.
Rebeca will compete in the parallel bars and balance beam events. This will be the first event for the red-and-black athlete in the 2020 season. The Baku event is part of the athlete's schedule, as she attempts to secure a spot at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
