Five Flamengo athletes are competing this week in the Brazilian Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, at the Minas Tênis Clube gymnasium. Isabelle Cristtina, Milena Theodoro, Jade Barbosa, Maria Cecília, and Letícia Costa are representing Flamengo in the competition. The girls are coached by Ricardo Pereira and Keli Kitaura.

Around 70 competitors - 35 female - from 16 clubs will be competing for the team, individual all-around and apparatus titles, both male and female. The Brazilian Championships schedule runs from Tuesday (17.11), with free training, until the apparatus competition and the third stage of the Caixa de Ginástica Circuit, on Sunday (22.11).
