The red-and-black players Flávia Saraiva, Jade Barbosa, Lorrane Oliveira, Isabelle Retamiro, and Rebeca Andrade were called up to participate in another training camp for the Brazilian Artistic Gymnastics Team. The training camp took place between August 20th and 29th at CT Time Brasil and served as preparation for the World Championships.

Ângelo Sabino, coach of the red-black artistic gymnastics, commented on Isabelle's return to the national team.

"Isabelle competed in the Brazilian Adult Championship and finished fourth in the all-around, without a single loss. She was called up at the last minute for this penultimate camp before the World Championships. It's a great opportunity for her. We have seven athletes participating in the camp, and six will be chosen to travel—five to form the team and one as a reserve. Before the competition, there will be another camp in mid-September to determine the chosen athletes," said the red-and-black.

The World Championship will be held between October 4th and 13th in Stuttgart, Germany.

The artistic gymnastics teams of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo rely on resources from their sponsors – AmBev, Rede D'or, IRB Brasil RE, CSN, Brasil Plural, EY – via the Federal Incentive Law/Ministry of Sports (IR), in addition to support from the Brazilian Committee of Clubs (CBC) resulting from the decentralization of resources originating from the Pelé Law.
