By Communication - Flamengo - inFlávia Saraiva, Jade Barbosa, Lorrane dos Santos and Rebeca Andrade participate in the 6th Training Stage of the Brazilian Confederation of Artistic Gymnastics until next Saturday (21). At the Time Brasil Training Center, in the Barra da Tijuca Olympic Park, in Rio de Janeiro, the red-blacks carry out activities with the Brazilian National Team aiming at the next championships. The coach of Mais Querido, Ângelo Sabino was also called up for training.

The last Training Camp with Rubro-Negro athletes was in May of this year. Flávia and Jade were preparing for the South American Games, which took place at the end of the month in Cochabamba, Bolivia. At the time, despite not being on the list of athletes selected for the championship, Luisa Kirchmayer was invited to participate in training with the national team. The goal was to observe the gymnast's progress, which could lead to her being called up for future competitions.
Last week, Luisa, Flávia, Jade, Lorrane, and Rebeca, along with coach Renata Valente, were also part of the High Performance Sports Course (CEAR) – Sporting Excellence: Sporting Excellence Program for High Performance Coaches in Women's Artistic Gymnastics. CEAR was organized by the Brazilian Olympic Committee, through the Brazilian Olympic Institute, and focused on the study of "theory and practice of women's artistic gymnastics apparatus." The event featured lectures by internationally renowned professionals, including Olympic champion Valeri Liukin.
The artistic gymnastics teams of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo rely on resources from their sponsors – AmBev, Rede D'or, IRB Brasil RE, CSN, Brasil Plural, EY – via the Federal Incentive Law/Ministry of Sports (IR), in addition to support from the Brazilian Committee of Clubs (CBC) resulting from the decentralization of resources originating from the Pelé Law.
