Brazilian gymnastics team performs at International Tournament

National gymnasts prepare to compete in the Vitaly Scherbo International Tournament in Minsk.

The Brazilian artistic gymnastics team, which includes four red-and-black players, arrived in Minsk (Belarus) and has already started training for the Vitaly Scherbo Tournament, starting on the 28th.

The competition will feature the teams of Brazil, Belarus, Ukraine, Poland, Uzbekistan, France, Israel and Russia.

This Thursday and Friday, the gymnasts will conduct acclimatization training. On Saturday (June 28th), the Team and Individual All-Around competitions will be held. The men's team, represented by Diego Hypólito and Victor Rosa, will perform at 6 a.m. (local time). The women's team, which features Jade Barbosa and Daniele Hypólito, will perform at 11:17 p.m.

After the competition, gymnasts Diego Hypólito and Victor Rosa will return to Brazil, while the women's team will head to another International Tournament in Rome, Italy. The competition will be a friendly team match, from July 4th to 6th, featuring the national teams of Italy, Romania, Spain, and Greece.

The women's national team is scheduled to return to Brazil on July 6th. On the 16th, the entire team will travel to Tokyo, Japan, for final training at the Tsukahara Center and Juntendo University. The starting lineup for the Olympic Games, led by Oleg Ostapenko, will depart from there.
