Members, athletes, former athletes and basketball lovers who were on the court at the Hélio Maurício gymnasium, this Monday (23/07), had the privilege of watching a beautiful spectacle on the court.

The Brazilian and United States basketball teams played a training match, aiming for the XV Pan American Games Rio-2007.

Despite not having any representatives in the sport, CRFlamengo provided space for the training match.

The audience witnessed the exceptional level of play of both teams. In the non-point game, the United States "won" three of the four 10-minute periods. The Brazilians outplayed the Americans in the third quarter, the only one Brazil won.
