The Brazilian women's water polo team, which includes sisters Marina, Cecília and Manuela Canetti, as well as the assistant coach and father of the trio, Antonio Canetti, achieved its first victory at the Rio-2007 Pan American Games. In the Brazilians' debut, against Canada, on Saturday (14/07), Brazil ended up being defeated 5-2 (1-1 / 0-0 / 0-1 / 1-3).
