Flamengo remains seventh in the Superleague Formula after the fourth round of the competition, which took place last weekend in Spain. With driver Franck Perera, the Rubro-Negro finished sixth in the first race and eighth in the second. With these results, the Gávea club's representative earned 52 points over the weekend and now has a total of 191 in the overall standings.
England's Tottenham leads the competition with 323 points. The other Brazilian team in the running, Corinthians, is in 14th place with 128. Next weekend, the Superleague Formula continues. The fifth round of the 2010 season will take place in Germany, at the iconic Nürburgring circuit.
In addition to this, five more races are confirmed this year: in Belgium in July, in the United Kingdom in August, in Italy and Portugal in September, and in Spain in October.

Perera took over in the second round of the competition and is the 2003 Formula Renault champion, as well as the 1999 Formula A Junior World Champion.
