The Brazilian Artistic Gymnastics team will arrive in Rio de Janeiro this Wednesday (July 4th) for the Rio-07 Pan American Games. The Brazilian delegation, which is in Curitiba, will leave at 2007 am.

Upon arrival in Rio de Janeiro, the gymnasts will head straight to the Pan American Village for their first commitments of the day. If everything is ready, the first tests on the apparatus at the Multipurpose Arena, the venue for the gymnastics competitions, will take place on Wednesday afternoon, with the team's first training sessions. On other days, training will be split into two periods.

The Brazilian team is made up of the following athletes:

Female:\ Daniele Hypólito and Jade Barbosa, as well as Daiane dos Santos, Ana Cláudia Silva, Khiuani Dias and Laís Souza.\

Men's: Diego Hypólito and Victor Rosa, as well as Mosiah Rodrigues, Adan Santos, Danilo Nogueira and Luis Augusto dos Anjos. The men's team coach is Renato Araújo.

The Artistic Gymnastics competitions at the Pan American Games will take place between July 14th and 17th.
