1) TICKET SALES\ Throughout the day of the game, ticket scalpers operated freely, charging up to R$90,00 for the stands.\

2) PUBLIC ACCESS TO THE STADIUM\ The opening of parking on Maracanã and Radial Oeste Avenues caused, unlike the Brazil game, traffic jams at the stadium entrances. We would like to highlight once again the lack of signage on the Maracanã's outer ring road, as confirmed by the excellent article in O Globo, written by reporters Gian Amato and Rogério Daflon (19/10, pg 38).\

3) ENTRY TO THE STADIUM\ We have not received any information about difficulties entering the stadium.\

4) AUDIENCE\ The attendance was 44.473 in attendance and 37.990 in paying tickets. Revenue was R$553.174,00.\ There was a conflict in the green seats on the Flamengo side and also on the Vasco side. In the special seats, the upper aisle was impassable. During halftime, people pushed and shoved to get around. Those with children simply had to wait for the start of the second half to return to their seats. It's notable that the number of people far outnumbered the number of seats.\

JECRIM - There were three incidents. One for contempt and two for damage to property (broken chairs).

PM / GEPE - Several conflicts occurred between two Flamengo fans and between rival fans, including shots being fired and a fan being stabbed near 28 de Setembro, as widely reported by the press and followed by the Fim de Jogo blog.

SUDERJ - Damaged chairs:\ White – 16\ Yellow to the right of the stands – 72\ Yellow to the left of the stands – 31\ No green chairs were damaged\

5) ORGANIZED FANS\ Unfortunately, the conflict between Flamengo's two largest fan groups still persists, both inside and outside the stadium.\

6) MAJOR OCCURRENCES\ The ongoing conflict between Flamengo's two largest fan bases, coupled with the rivalry with Vasco da Gama, explains the fans' reduced interest in attending this match. The losers are the peaceful fans and the club, which loses revenue commensurate with the match's importance.\ The sale of canned beer without proper controls continues. We witnessed some fans drinking canned beer in their seats.\

7) PARKING\ The parking lot at gate 19 was impeccable! There was no overcrowding, and cars were parked in an orderly fashion. We recommend using this area.\

8) TRAFFIC IN THE SURROUNDING AREA\ Apart from the difficulties arising from conflicts between fans, at the end of the match, traffic was normal.\

9) GEASE ACTIONS\ Even though we are not the home team and have restricted access to the stadium facilities, we tried to find out about the occurrences, with the help of our collaborators (Fim de Jogo, JECRIM, PM/GEPE, SUDERJ). We would like to thank you.\ We hope to count on the collaboration of SUDERJ to discuss a better way to sell canned drinks in the stadium.\
