1) TICKET SALES
To reduce crowding and make things easier for fans, we suggest placing signs above operating ticket windows, indicating the type of ticket sold and its price.
We once again remind fans to avoid buying tickets from scalpers to avoid embarrassment. Currently, the ticket sales process is computerized. Therefore, our professionals can determine the card's origin using the card's identification number.
2) PUBLIC ACCESS TO THE STADIUM
Access to the stadium was smooth, without any disturbances.
3) STADIUM ENTRANCE
The entrance via the UERJ ramp went smoothly. The same did not occur at the Bellini ramp. This entrance created a significant disturbance, exacerbated by the police's use of pepper spray. Fans are reminded that, for high-profile games where there are no opposing fans, they should prefer to enter via the UERJ ramp. If you choose to enter via the Bellini ramp, please do so at least an hour in advance. The entrance to the white seats was also very chaotic. The procedure used to enter this area is inefficient and prone to causing disturbances during high-profile games. Since the price in this area is higher, it is assumed that the service will be of higher quality, which is not the case. Instead of turnstiles, ticket collectors are used, creating undesirable crowds on days with large attendance.

4) PUBLIC
The audience was 47.096 paying spectators and 51.363 in attendance. Revenue was R$1.081.079,00.

JECRIM (State Security Council) – There were four incidents. Three for crimes against the public economy and one for contempt. An investigation has been opened to determine the authenticity of tickets rejected at the turnstiles. We warn fans that using drugs in the stadium is punishable by detention at the JECRIM (State Security Council) and a heavy fine! We also want to remind fans that they are responsible for acts that cause damage to property, such as intentionally breaking seats and placing themselves in positions that could cause damage, such as climbing on the stadium's partitions. These acts are subject to detention and summary judgment by the JECRIM (State Security Council). Insisting on standing on the blue seats, as well as climbing on the seats in this section, causing harm to the fan behind, even with a warning from an authority figure, is considered contempt and is also subject to detention and summary judgment.
Medical Department - 42 cases were recorded.
SUDERJ - Damaged seats – 14 yellow seats on the right side of the stands, 13 yellow seats on the left side of the stands, and 5 white seats. We are asking for help from the organized fan groups located in the yellow section to inform fans about the consequences of this act, which is being monitored by cameras. Any fan caught vandalizing stadium property will be detained and brought to summary trial. Fans from organized fan groups may be punished.
5) ORGANIZED FANS
The fans' participation was peaceful and orderly. It's worth noting the moment of great excitement among the fans present at the stadium when the Jovem and Raça fan flags entered. The Torcida Jovem entered on the Raça side, and the Raça on the Jovem side, demonstrating the good relationship between the fans. The fans are thrilled, seeing the possibility of harmony inside and outside the stadium, and the fans are understanding that this type of attitude is beneficial for their image among the fans, the club, and GEPE.
6) MAIN OCCURRENCES
Often, some unprepared fans throw glasses full of beer down the stairs. Are the special seats, considered prime locations, worthy of tickets priced up to R$150,00, or have they become a haven for vagrants and gatecrashers who lack the basic manners to occupy them? How can the most expensive and prestigious venue be so poorly attended?
7) PARKING
We would like to remind fans once again that anyone who parks on the sidewalks of the stadium's side streets runs a significant risk of having their car towed. The parking attendants, upon seeing the tow trucks, disappear unpunished. Be careful! The UERJ parking lot is a good option, but fans should arrive early. Other options include Rua General Canabarro and side streets, the Extras parking lot on Rua Mariz e Barros and Av. Maracanã, and the underground parking lot of the Administrative Center (Piranhão). Many fans, even though they were informed that parking on Radial Oeste was not permitted, chose to trust the parking attendants. All of these cars were towed and taken to the Municipal Depot.
8) TRAFFIC IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
Traffic was slow on the way to Maracanã Avenue via the Oduvaldo Cozzi overpass. There wasn't a single guard or CET Rio employee to direct traffic. We've seen the excellent work done by CET Rio during the Pan American Games. We're therefore asking for their help in resolving this issue on game days with larger attendance. On the way out, traffic flowed smoothly, and the congestion dissipated quickly.
9) GEASE ACTIONS

We remind fans, especially those traveling with minors, to purchase tickets in advance or, if purchasing on game day, to arrive early to avoid crowds at the ticket booths and turnstiles.
