1) TICKET SALES

Due to the excellent advance sales - more than 60.000 -, which demonstrated greater public awareness of how adopting this practice avoids last-minute rushes, we had few crowds when buying tickets.

We emphasize the importance of having guides at the ticket offices, because even with the ticket sales scheme being widely publicized in newspapers and on the radio, a large number of fans were uninformed about it.

Understanding that a considerable portion of fans do not have the habit or the possibility of accessing the media, we consider it essential to use efficient visual programming and the use of guides.

We also encourage fans to arrive at least two hours in advance to avoid crowds. Fans purchasing half-price tickets should bring the required documents with them. Please note that purchases for children under 14 can only be made with the presence of a legal guardian, who must have the child's ID or birth certificate. If they are not related, the guardian must bring a legal guardianship document issued by the Juvenile Court.

We once again remind fans to avoid buying tickets from scalpers to avoid embarrassment. Currently, the ticket sales process is computerized. Therefore, our professionals can determine the card's origin using the card's identification number.

We also remind you that minor fans over 14 years old who purchase a half-price ticket must have an identity document and a document proving that they are studying (tuition fee slip or certificate proving that they are attending school, when public).

2) PUBLIC ACCESS TO THE STADIUM

Traffic at the entrances to Maracanã Stadium was a bit heavier after 16:00 p.m. Those arriving by subway had no problems, despite the heavy traffic. This mode of transportation is certainly the most convenient and safest.

3) STADIUM ENTRANCE

With fans required to show their student ID before passing through the turnstile, the entrance, especially via the Bellini ramp, proved quite confusing. The separation of each side of the ramp into full and half-price tickets, rather than facilitating access, hinders access, as fans with full tickets are forced to proceed to the half-price entrance only when accompanied by those with them.

Fans, in games other than classics, who go to the green and yellow stands, should try to use the ramp in front of UERJ.

We received complaints from Atlético MG fans about complete misinformation about the entrance and the area. Among these fans were children and women. Once again, we draw attention to the lack of guidance.

4) PUBLIC

O public was from 77.387 payers quality 81.317 gifts. TO income was R$ 1.545.250,00.

Medical Department - 30 cases were recorded, 3 for sutures and 8 for contusions.

SUDERJ –

Any fan caught vandalizing stadium property will be detained and brought to summary trial. Fans from organized fan groups may be punished.

JECRIM – JECRIM did not play in this game.

5) ORGANIZED FANS

We had the presence of the fans Fla-Paraná in the stands e Fla Paiol, in the blue chairs..

We remind fans that Maracanã's internal and external monitoring system is fully operational. Therefore, all acts of harm to property and citizens are being monitored and recorded and will be used as evidence against the offenders.

Fans, think before taking any harmful action!

6) MAIN OCCURRENCES

GEASE-FLA, along with members of the FERJ Ticket Sales Management Committee and Major Busnello, commander of GEPE, accompanied the technical inspection conducted by Mr. Marco Aurélio Klein, President of the Ticket Management Committee of the São Paulo Football Federation, along with two engineers from his team. The purpose of this visit was to assess needs and outline key points for the development of instruments that ensure improved safety and respect for fans attending football stadiums.

The two Federations are working together on this issue.

Mr. Marco Aurélio Klein, knowing the work of GEASE-FLA, which aims precisely at this improvement, insisted on our participation, both in this inspection and in the work carried out at FERJ and the São Paulo Federation.

He even reported having used the research carried out by GEASE-FLA to guide the improvement work for these Commissions.

After two years of hard work and dedication to improving the quality of fan service, GEASE-FLA feels rewarded by the recognition granted by the foremost authority on the subject, Mr. Marco Aurélio Klein. We believe that with your participation, we can finally achieve the results we aspire to and the respect this work deserves.

7) PARKING

We remind fans once again that anyone who parks on the sidewalks of the stadium's side streets runs a significant risk of having their car towed. Parking attendants, upon seeing the tow trucks, disappear unpunished. Be aware!

O UERJ parking lot is a good option, but fans should arrive early. Other options include Rua General Canabarro and cross streets, the Extras parking lot on Rua Mariz e Barros and Av. Maracanã, and the underground parking lot of the Administrative Center (Piranhão).

Previously, residents of the streets adjacent to Eurico Rabelo Street had to deal only with the problem of parking attendants, who would instruct drivers to park in the most unlikely places possible. Often, residents could only enter their homes through the garage if a tow truck was called. But now, on top of that, another issue arises.

Law enforcement has been curbing street vendor activity in the surrounding area, but apparently this means banning them from selling on Eurico Rabelo Street, Maracanã Avenue, and part of Radial Oeste Avenue. The solution is simple, then: the cross streets now have a plethora of street vendors who have moved there. This problem used to be quite common only on Isidro de Figueiredo Street, which is no longer the case.

8) TRAFFIC IN THE SURROUNDING AREA

After the game, cars on Rua São Francisco Xavier and Rua Prof. Manuel de Abreu moved in slow motion. In other words, traffic was very chaotic.

9) GEASE ACTIONS

GEASE-FLA has joined the World Diabetes Day campaign, which will take place on November 14th. Visit www.diamundialdodiabetes.org.br to learn how to participate!

GEASE-FLA has entered into an unprecedented partnership with the Brazilian Red Cross, RJ branch, to train volunteers in first aid and provide guidance to fans in the event of incidents in stadiums.

GEASE-Fla has already made the results of the survey with fans available on its website www.gease-fla.com.br.

We are in contact with SUDERJ and GEPE, seeking alternatives that provide fans attending the game with basic comfort conditions. We believe that the right to purchased seats is a key factor in finding adequate logistics, and we know that these agencies have the necessary expertise.

We remind you twistedr, especially those accompanied by minors, who seek to buy the ticket in advance or, if you do it on the day of the game, arrive early to avoid crowds. ticket offices and turnstiles. O GEASE-FLA, in partnership with FLATV and SUDERJ, is looking to entertain fans who arrive early with videos and goals.

O fan who wants to send messages, whether complaints, reports, questions or suggestions regarding the Flamengo games at Maracanã, can do it, accessing the website of GEASE-FLA (www.gease-fla.com.br) and clicking on Ombudsman Office. O GEASE-FLA will be happy to clarify any doubts and provide the necessary information.
