1) TICKET SALES
To reduce crowding and make things easier for fans, we suggest placing signs above operating ticket windows, indicating the type of ticket sold and its price.
We once again remind fans to avoid buying tickets from scalpers to avoid embarrassment. Currently, the ticket sales process is computerized. Therefore, our professionals can determine the card's origin using the card's identification number.
2) PUBLIC ACCESS TO THE STADIUM
Access to the stadium was calm until 14:30 p.m. From then on, traffic became quite chaotic, and traffic jams formed in several areas. These are known bottlenecks that occur at all games with large crowds, such as the descent of the Oduvaldo Cozzi Viaduct. The presence of CET Rio in these areas will certainly considerably reduce this congestion.
3) STADIUM ENTRANCE
The entrance via the UERJ ramp was smooth. There were enough turnstiles to accommodate the flow of fans. As expected, the same wasn't true at the Bellini ramp. Traffic was intense, and some lines formed, but they were orderly and uneventful. At Gate 18 (special tracks), starting at 15:15 p.m., small lines formed outside the special tracks entrance, resulting in a wait of about 10 minutes. We believe that having more turnstiles in operation in this area would solve the problem.
4) PUBLIC
The audience was 63.413 paying and 67.941 in attendance. Revenue was R$1.333.455,50.

JECRIM – JECRIM forwarded 5 incidents to the 20th Precinct: 2 for robbery, 2 for contempt with resistance, and 1 for attempted murder. The victim was taken to the hospital in serious condition. There were 4 incidents: bodily harm, contempt, throwing an object, and a crime against the popular economy.
Medical Department - 40 cases were recorded, all of which were not serious.
The Medical Department urges fans taking medication for hypertension, diabetes, or various other conditions to come properly medicated or bring their own. A football match is a thrilling experience! So, it's best to come prepared and prepared!

5) ORGANIZED FANS
The atmosphere among the fans in the inner ring was relatively orderly, save for a few isolated incidents provoked by immature fans. Meanwhile, in the surroundings and surroundings of the stadium, both at the entrance and exit, some members of organized fan groups from both teams were causing a lot of trouble for the police, with gunfire and cavalry action. 6) MAIN OCCURRENCES
We would like to reiterate the unsafe conditions found on the floor of the yellow seats on the left side of the stands, caused by talcum powder, which has made it slick and slippery. Several Flamengo fans have fallen, both on the steps of the stands and in the access corridors. The Fire Department is required to inspect this area before the game and determine whether it is unsafe. A risk assessment will easily confirm this unsafe condition. If this type of incident continues, SUDERJ is required to clean the floors more efficiently, thus eliminating any risk of accidents.
We know that, according to the Fan Statute, the stadium must guarantee seats to fans. That wasn't the case in this game. Flamengo fans, who purchased more than 80% of the stands, only had 60% of the seats available, while the yellow seats to the right of the radio booths had only 20% of their seats occupied, even with all the tickets in the stands sold. These seats aren't the exclusive domain of the clubs, but rather of the fans who pay and have the right to their seats. Therefore, it's up to the service providers to make the appropriate decisions to provide the comfort that fans deserve and are entitled to.
The Special Seats section, which theoretically should be the most organized because they're the most expensive, is always overcrowded during high-profile games, with many fans standing on the stairs and in the upper aisles. It remains to be seen whether this is due to overbooking, indiscriminate use of badges, or the exchange of favors.

7) PARKING
We remind fans once again that anyone who parks on the sidewalks of the streets across from the stadium runs a significant risk of having their car towed. The parking attendants, upon seeing the tow trucks, disappear unpunished. Be careful! The UERJ parking lot is a good option, but fans should arrive early. Other options include General Canabarro Street and side streets, the Extras parking lot on Mariz e Barros Street and Maracanã Avenue, and the underground parking lot of the Administrative Center (Piranhão). Previously, residents of the streets across from Eurico Rabelo Street had to deal with the problem of parking attendants, who would instruct drivers to park in the most unlikely places possible. Often, residents could only enter their homes through the garage if a tow truck was called. But now, another issue arises.\ The inspections have been curbing the movement of street vendors in the surrounding area, but apparently this means not selling on Eurico Rabelo Street, Maracanã Avenue, and part of Radial Oeste Avenue. It's a simple solution, then: the cross streets now have a multitude of street vendors who have moved there. This problem used to be quite common only on Isidro de Figueiredo Street, which is no longer true.\
8) TRAFFIC IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
As with any large-audience game, traffic was very chaotic, both before and after the game. On these occasions, we felt the lack of action from CET Rio and the Municipal Guard, who performed exemplarily during the Pan American Games. Why don't we have this same structure for large-audience games as well?
9) GEASE ACTIONS
We're in contact with SUDERJ and GEPE, looking for alternatives that provide fans attending the game with basic comfort. We believe that the right to a purchased seat is a key factor in finding adequate logistics, and we know these agencies have the necessary expertise.
GEASE-Fla is in constant contact with SUDERJ and the club's management, aiming to increase the attractiveness of Flamengo's games at Maracanã. We are confident that this joint effort will result in very positive actions for fans this semester.
