Report No. 42/08

1) TICKET SALES

We emphasize the importance of having guides at the ticket offices, because even with the ticket sales scheme being widely publicized in newspapers and on the radio, a large number of fans were uninformed about it.

Understanding that a considerable portion of fans do not have the habit or the possibility of accessing the media, we consider it essential to use efficient visual programming and the use of guides.

We also encourage fans to arrive at least two hours in advance to avoid crowds. Fans purchasing half-price tickets should bring the required documents with them. Please note that purchases for children under 14 can only be made with the presence of a legal guardian, who must have the child's ID or birth certificate. If they are not related, the guardian must bring a legal guardianship document issued by the Juvenile Court.

We once again remind fans to avoid buying tickets from scalpers to avoid embarrassment. Currently, the ticket sales process is computerized. Therefore, our professionals can determine the card's origin using the card's identification number.

We also remind you that minor fans over 14 years old who purchase a half-price ticket must have an identity document and a document proving that they are studying (tuition fee slip or certificate proving that they are attending school, when public).

2) PUBLIC ACCESS TO THE STADIUM

Traffic at the entrances to Maracanã Stadium was a bit heavier after 16:00 p.m. Those arriving by subway had no problems, despite the heavy traffic. This mode of transportation is certainly the most convenient and safest.

3) STADIUM ENTRANCE

Entry remains confusing, starting two hours before kickoff. The lack of visual guidance and guides makes it difficult for fans to access the stadium.

For games other than regional classics, fans can avoid long lines by entering via the ramp in front of UERJ. This entrance is usually much less popular.

Game Summary/Boardboard:

Medical Department - There were 18 cases reported, 17 of which were non-serious and one was a removal (fall).

The Medical Department urges fans taking medication for hypertension, diabetes, or various other conditions to come properly medicated or bring their own. A football match is a thrilling experience! So, it's best to come prepared and prepared!

SUDERJ –

We ask for help from the organized fan groups located in the yellow sector to advise fans about the consequences of this act, which is being observed through cameras.

Any fan caught vandalizing stadium property will be detained and brought to summary trial. Fans from organized fan groups may be punished.

JECRIM – There was only one occurrence, for a crime against the popular economy.

5) ORGANIZED FANS

We remind fans that Maracanã's internal and external monitoring system is fully operational. Therefore, all acts of harm to property and citizens are being monitored and recorded and will be used as evidence against the offenders.

Fans, think before taking any harmful action!

We had the presence of the Fla-Muriaé and Fla-Maré fans

6) MAIN OCCURRENCES

There was no occurrence worthy of note.

7) PARKING

We remind fans once again that anyone who parks on the sidewalks of the stadium's side streets runs a significant risk of having their car towed. Parking attendants, upon seeing the tow trucks, disappear unpunished. Be aware!

O UERJ parking lot is a good option, but fans should arrive early. Other options include Rua General Canabarro and cross streets, the Extras parking lot on Rua Mariz e Barros and Avenida Maracanã, and the underground parking lot of the Administrative Center (Piranhão).

Previously, residents of the streets adjacent to Eurico Rabelo Street had to deal only with the problem of parking attendants, who would instruct drivers to park in the most unlikely places possible. Often, residents could only enter their homes through the garage if a tow truck was called. But now, on top of that, another issue arises.

Beware of CET Rio signs indicating parking restrictions. Parking is permitted on Rua Manoel de Abreu, on the Joana River side. Pay attention!

8) TRAFFIC IN THE SURROUNDING AREA

The traffic was a reflection of the fans' irritation. Honking, impatient, and traffic jams. An explosive mix after a game like this.

9) GEASE ACTIONS

GEASE-FLA eagerly awaits the adoption of new measures by FERJ, through the ticket commission, regarding sales, queue organization, guides, etc., as already put into practice in the Fluminense X Vasco game, for games in which Flamengo is the home team.

GEASE-FLA has joined the World Diabetes Day campaign, which will take place on November 14th. Visit www.diamundialdodiabetes.org.br to learn how to participate!

GEASE-FLA has entered into an unprecedented partnership with the Brazilian Red Cross, RJ branch, to train volunteers in first aid and provide guidance to fans in the event of incidents in stadiums.

GEASE-Fla has already made the results of the survey with fans available on its website www.gease-fla.com.br.

We are in contact with SUDERJ and GEPE, seeking alternatives that provide fans attending the game with basic comfort conditions. We believe that the right to purchased seats is a key factor in finding adequate logistics, and we know that these agencies have the necessary expertise.

We remind you twistedr, especially those accompanied by minors, who seek to buy the ticket in advance or, if you do it on the day of the game, arrive early to avoid crowds. ticket offices and turnstiles. O GEASE-FLA, in partnership with FLATV and SUDERJ, is looking to entertain fans who arrive early with videos and goals.

O fan who wants to send messages, whether complaints, reports, questions or suggestions regarding the Flamengo games at Maracanã, can do it, accessing the website of GEASE-FLA (www.gease-fla.com.br) and clicking on Ombudsman Office.
