GAME REPORT FLAMENGO x VASCO DA GAMA\ Maracanã – 17/02/08 – 16:00 p.m.\ Report No. 08/08\

1) TICKET SALES

To reduce crowding and make things easier for fans, we suggest placing signs above operating ticket booths, indicating the type of ticket sold and its price. Several fans contacted us reporting that ticket office staff had sold them tickets for the Fluminense vs. Botafogo game instead of Flamengo vs. Vasco. Our ticket collection staff verified that this information was untrue and that these fans had been deceived by ticket scalpers. We once again remind fans to avoid buying tickets from scalpers to avoid embarrassing situations like this. Making false accusations is a crime, punishable by arrest and summary judgment at the JECRIM (Federal Criminal Investigation Department). Currently, the ticket sales process is computerized. Therefore, our ticket sales staff can identify the card's origin using the card's identification number.

2) PUBLIC ACCESS TO THE STADIUM

Access to the stadium was smooth, without any disturbances. The organized supporters arrived escorted by GEPE.\ Attention: For the game against Botafogo, we suggest that fans arriving by subway get off at São Francisco Xavier station, as it is not only less crowded but also safer, thus avoiding the entrance to UERJ.\

3) STADIUM ENTRANCE

Entry presented no major problems. There were enough working turnstiles to allow entry.

4) PUBLIC

The audience was 56.806 paying and 61.309 in attendance. Revenue was R$1.141.995,50.

JECRIM - There were four incidents, two for contempt, two for rioting, and one for drug use. We warn fans that using drugs in the stadium is punishable by detention at the JECRIM, subject to a heavy fine! We also want to remind fans that they are responsible for acts that cause damage to property, such as intentionally breaking seats and placing themselves in positions that could cause damage, such as climbing on the stadium partitions. These acts are subject to detention and summary judgment by the JECRIM. Insisting on standing on the blue seats, as well as climbing on the seats in this section, causing harm to the fan behind, even with a warning from an authority, is considered contempt and is also subject to detention and summary judgment.

Medical Department - There were 59 cases, 10 of which required sutures. The most common cause was indigestion caused by poorly preserved food. The medical department was unable to confirm the type of food causing this condition.

SUDERJ - Damaged seats – 18 yellow seats on the Flamengo fan side, 45 yellow seats on the Vasco fan side, and 18 white seats. We're asking for help from the organized fan groups located in the yellow section to inform fans about the consequences of this act, which is being monitored by cameras. Any fan caught vandalizing stadium property will be detained and brought to summary trial. Fans from organized fan groups may be punished. The women's restrooms in the stands were clean and in good condition. The same cannot be said for the men's restrooms, which were dirty and overcrowded.

5) ORGANIZED FANS

There were no clashes between fans inside the stadium. Flamengo fans were in a friendly and joyful mood.

6) MAIN OCCURRENCES

We would like to highlight the low number of incidents at JECRIM and the orderly atmosphere inside the stadium. As agreed, fans are participating in the spectacle peacefully and respecting the previously established rules. We ask that, taking advantage of this favorable moment, both fans and those responsible for policing and stadium security demonstrate mutual respect and a reduction in animosity. Fans understand that the police officer's objective is to guarantee them the comfort they need to enjoy the spectacle, and therefore deserves respectful attitudes toward their work. Likewise, these professionals must exercise their rightful prerogatives with integrity, with calm and discretion, conveying to fans safety, not fear.

We noticed a disturbance in the blue seats, behind the goal to the right of the radio booths. We're investigating the cause.

7) PARKING

We remind fans once again that anyone who parks on the sidewalks or streets across from the stadium runs a significant risk of having their car towed. The parking attendants, upon seeing the tow trucks, disappear unpunished. Be careful! The UERJ parking lot is a good option, but fans should arrive early. Other options include General Canabarro Street and side streets, the Extras parking lot on Mariz e Barros Street and Maracanã Avenue, and the underground parking lot of the Administrative Center (Piranhão).

8) TRAFFIC IN THE SURROUNDING AREA

Traffic, despite being slow, compatible with the large influx of fans at Maracanã, was satisfactory, both on entry and exit.

9) GEASE ACTIONS

GEASE-Fla, like all organizations providing fan services in stadiums, relies on the collaboration of all authorities representing sports clubs and official bodies to create a professional and civilized culture within these stadiums, through actions that align with the requirements of the Fan Statute and the rules of good conduct among citizens. The environment being created between the agencies responsible for stadium security and well-being and the organized fan groups, and consequently, the fans themselves, is one of respect and responsibility. Violating these principles will result in severe sanctions. Therefore, opinion makers and leaders bear the great responsibility for creating the right environment for this change, so desired by all.
