Next Wednesday (10), Maracanã stadium will once again be the stage for an initiative that goes beyond the four lines. This is the "Nação no Maraca" initiative, which is part of the club's Social Responsibility Inclusion agenda and will bring 500 people from social institutions in Rio de Janeiro to watch the Flamengo vs. Palestino match for the Copa Libertadores da América. The initiative has already benefited more than 12 people, who have had the unique opportunity to experience the thrill of watching Flamengo games at the temple of football - many of them stepping into the stadium for the first time. 

Indigenous peoples, homeless people, people serving socio-educational measures, refugees, people with disabilities, and those assisted by social institutions have already been to Maracanã Stadium through this initiative. This Wednesday, 10 social institutions from Rio de Janeiro, from various locations, will be included. They are: Rei da Bola Social Project, in Ladeira dos Tabajaras; Formiga Verde, in Morro da Formiga; CAMP Mangueira, in Mangueira; Sou + Ser do Bem, in Salgueiro; Craques da Paz, in Tuiuti; Associação Menina Mulher da Mangueira, in Mangueira; Gaviões de Ouro, in Turano; Futsal do Paulinho, in Andaraí; Núcleo do Guerreiro, in Andaraí; and Escolinha da Mangueira, in Mangueira, to name a few.

By providing this unique experience, Flamengo not only offers entertainment and leisure, but also promotes the breaking down of barriers, social inclusion, and the appreciation of vulnerable groups, often invisible to society. It's understood that a Flamengo game is much more than a sporting event: it's a cultural spectacle of intense social interaction. With each edition, Maracanã, one of the largest sports venues in the world, also becomes a space of welcome and equality.
