Next Saturday (3), the Maracanã stadium will once again be the stage for an initiative that goes beyond the four lines - with the milestone of 10 people served by the project since its inception in 2022. Flamengo will hold another edition of "Nação no Maraca", a project by the club's Social Responsibility department that aims to promote inclusion. By providing this unique experience, Flamengo not only offers entertainment and leisure, but also promotes the breaking down of barriers, social inclusion and the appreciation of groups in vulnerable situations, often invisible to society.

Since the initiative began, more than 10,000 people have benefited from the unique opportunity to experience the thrill of watching Flamengo play at the iconic stadium. The initiative has already brought Indigenous people, homeless people, people serving socio-educational measures, refugees, people with disabilities, and those assisted by social institutions to Maracanã. This Saturday, the support will be even more special for 1,000 people, represented by 24 Rio de Janeiro institutions from various locations, such as Rede Cruzada, a Del Castilho social project supported by Zico; the Brazil-Uruguay Intercultural School in Nova Iguaçu; the Urban Culture Project in Tanque; Em Ação in Complexo do Alemão; Futebol Parque Ipanema in Queimados, Baixada Fluminense; and DEGASE – the General Department of Socio-Educational Actions, to name a few.

Each Flamengo game is much more than a sporting event: it's a cultural spectacle, a time of intense social interaction. Therefore, the "Nação no Maracanã" initiative is part of Flamengo's Social Responsibility Inclusion Agenda. With each edition, Maracanã, one of the largest venues for major sporting events, also becomes a space of welcome and equality.
