GENERAL MEETING

REGULAR MEETING ON DECEMBER 09.12.2024, XNUMX – ELECTION

Under the terms of article 81 of the Bylaws of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo, THE MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF FLAMENGO ARE HEREBY CALLED - members who are in full enjoyment of their statutory rights and who appear on the List of Voters forwarded by the Board of Directors - for the ordinary meeting (ELECTION) to be held on December 09, 2024, Monday, from 8 am to 21 pm, at Ginásio Hélio Maurício, located at Av. Borges de Medeiros, 997, Lagoa, Rio de Janeiro, RJ, for the following

AGENDA:

a) Elect the President and Vice-President of FLAMENGO for the 2025/2027 triennium; 

b) Elect and swear in the President and Vice-President of the FLAMENGO General Assembly for the 2025/2027 triennium;

c) Elect and swear in the members of the Transitional Body of the FLAMENGO Deliberative Council and their substitutes for the 2025/2027 triennium;

d) To elect and appoint the members of the Transitional Body of the FLAMENGO Board of Directors and their substitutes for the 2025/2027 triennium.

• The election will be held in accordance with articles 80, 81, 83 and 151 of the Articles of Association, cc Chapter III of the Electoral Procedure of the Internal Regulations of the General Assembly.  

• The member must be up to date with your monthly payments and those of your dependents.

• The right to vote is personal and non-transferable, and exercise by proxy is prohibited, in accordance with Article 10 of the Internal Regulations of the General Assembly, It is understood that at the time of voting, the presentation of an official identification document, with photo, issued by a competent public body and CPF will be requested, regardless of the social card. 

Sensitive to the difficulties arising from travel, accommodation and other costs, as well as the advance planning of all members of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo, we decided to set the date of our election in December with unprecedented advance notice, expecting the full attendance of members residing in Rio de Janeiro, other Brazilian states and the Federal District, as well as abroad.
