2020 Season Ticket Package Updates
Fans can now choose to transfer their packages to the 2022 season.
By Flamengo Regatta Club - inIn order to meet the suggestion of several members who supported our Flamengo by purchasing the ticket package for the red-black football match in 2020, the Club will offer a third option for using the package purchased and not fully used due to the pandemic: the transfer to 2022 of the entire contracted Package.
In other words: in addition to the two possibilities presented in the communication we sent on Tuesday, August 03, 08, the fan club member will also have the option of choosing this new model for using their credit.
Therefore, based on what was said above, we have included below, in a consolidated manner, all the options available to the fan club member:
In view of the determinations of the competent bodies due to the pandemic caused by Covid-19, football matches have been played behind closed doors since March 2020. Therefore, members who purchased the Maracanã, Brasileirão and Libertadores (group stage) packages were not able to use the respective contracted benefit.
We previously announced that membership packages would automatically be transferred to 2021. However, with the pandemic extending, we remain closed. With a view to gradually returning fans, we are now announcing new measures to offer the best solution for our fan club members. We are offering three options for using the invested funds. Please note that once selected, it cannot be changed later. Members must make their selection on the website mengo.com.br/pacotes, starting August 05, 08. The deadline for definition will end on 30/09/2021.
We also inform you that, as previously announced, the games that were played with an audience in 2020 will be offered as a bonus to the fan club members who purchased the packages and followed Mais Querido, that is, they will not be discounted, preserving the total amount invested in each package.
In addition, the Conmebol Libertadores 2021 games (Flamengo x Defensa y Justicia and Flamengo x Olimpia) will also be a bonus for those who have the Maracanã Package.
See below the options that will be available to choose from from 05/08/2021.
OPTION 1: Package converted into ticket credit
Members who opt for this option will receive the full amount invested in the package in ticket credits. This credit will be used exclusively for tickets to games with spectators in attendance. These credits will be valid for 12 months, starting from the next game with spectators (currently scheduled for August 18, 08). Furthermore, members who have a package will be given priority for ticket purchases, overriding priority for plans.
Example: A fan club member spent R$500,00 on the Brasileirão Package. This amount will be converted to R$500,00 for the purchase of tickets for games attended by fans and played at Flamengo's home stadium.
If the fan chooses this option, he/she will be able to use this credit exclusively to purchase tickets for Flamengo home games, in any competition, regardless of the package purchased.
OPTION 2: package converted into monthly payments from the Nação Program
Fan members who choose this option can convert the amount spent on the aforementioned package into monthly installments of the Nação Program for a period of 12 months. In this case, they must select the plan (and the number of guests, if any), and the amount in credits will be subtracted from the total cost of the chosen plan. If there is a positive difference, that is, if there are still credits remaining, they will be made available for ticket purchases for games with spectators, as soon as the stadiums are reopened, for matches where Flamengo plays at home (currently scheduled for August 18, 08). If the difference is negative, that is, if the amount in credits is not enough to cover the cost of the fan member plan, the member must pay the full amount.
Example 1: The fan member spent R$1.000,00 on the Maracanã Package. If he or she wants to sign up for another year of the Jogamos Juntos plan (totaling R$658,80), the fan will have the remaining difference (R$341,20) to use as ticket credits for games with fans in attendance at Flamengo's home games.
Example 2: The fan spent R$500,00 on the Maracanã Package. If he wants to sign up for another year of the Jogamos Juntos plan (totaling R$658,80), the fan will only need to pay the difference of R$158,80.
OPTION 3: 2020 package converted to 2022 ticket package
Fans who choose this option can convert their 2020 ticket package to the 2022 ticket package at no additional cost. In this case, the package chosen in 2020 will be the same for 2022. The conditions remain the same, and the only change is that the fan will be able to use the package during 2022, as the pandemic impacted its use in 2020 and 2021.
It is also important to highlight that, if no option is made by the fan between 05/08/2021 and 30/09/2021, option 3 will be automatically considered.
It's also worth noting that the three options above were created in addition to the purchased packages. Therefore, the other conditions contained in their respective terms of purchase and use remain in effect, insofar as they do not conflict with this notice.
Finally, we emphasize that credit for tickets or subscriptions to a Nação plan will be credited to the CPF of the package holder. 1) Until when can I make my choice?
Between 05/08/2021 and 30/09/2021, on the website mengo.com.br/pacotes.
2) Can I choose more than one alternative?
You must choose only one of the three options available (subsequent changes will not be permitted). If you do not choose one of the options presented on mengo.com.br/pacotes, option 3 will be considered, meaning your 2020 season ticket package will automatically transfer to 2022.
OPTION 1: Package converted into ticket credit
Fans who opt for this option will receive full ticket credits for the amount invested in the package. This credit will be used exclusively for ticket purchases once stadiums are allowed to reopen and will last for 12 months, starting August 18, 08, for a Flamengo home match, regardless of the package purchased. Furthermore, fan members who have a package will be given priority for ticket purchases, overriding the priority for plans.
OPTION 2: package converted into monthly payments from the Nação Program
Fan members who choose this option may convert the amount spent on the aforementioned package into monthly installments of the Nação Program for a period of one year (12 months). In this case, they must select the plan (and the number of guests, if applicable), and the amount in credits will be deducted from the total cost of the chosen plan. If there is a positive difference, that is, if there are any remaining credits, they will be converted to purchase tickets for Flamengo home games with fans starting on August 18, 08, regardless of the package purchased. If the difference is negative, that is, if the amount in credits is not sufficient to cover the cost of the fan member plan, the member must pay the full amount.
OPTION 3: 2020 package converted to 2022 ticket package.
Fans who choose this option can convert their 2020 ticket package to the 2022 ticket package at no additional cost. The package chosen in 2020 will be the same for 2022. The conditions are the same, and the only change is that the fan can use the package during 2022.
It is also important to highlight that, if no option is made between 05/08/2021 and 30/09/2021, option 3 will be considered.
3) How many games can I buy with the credits?
You can purchase as many games as your total credits allow, depending on the value of each game. There is no pre-determined limit.
4) Until when can I use my credits on tickets? And on discounts on the plan?
You will be able to use the credits for a period of 12 (twelve) months, starting from 18/08/2021, for Flamengo matches with fans and as the home team.
5) Who can use the credit or discount?
The CPF holder who purchased the package in question.
6) If I opt for ticket credits and, after a certain period of use, the remaining credit is not enough to buy a ticket, can I cover the difference?
Yes. For example: if the ticket price is R$50,00 and you have R$10,00 in credits, you will only have to pay the difference of R$40,00.
7) Can I use the credit on tickets for Flamengo games outside Maracanã?
Yes, but only in games where Flamengo is home-field player and tickets are sold by the club.
8) How do I access the platform to make my choice?

9) If the public returns temporarily, but is suspended again, will the 12-month period for using credits or discounts be extended?
Yes, according to the new shutdown period.
10) How many tickets can I convert my credits into per match?
The number will be established according to the ticket purchase limit allowed within your fan membership plan and according to the total number of tickets that can be purchased by the general public.
11) If I convert my package into ticket credits, will I have priority in purchasing?
Yes. Those who purchased ticket packages will be first in line to purchase tickets for any Flamengo-hosted match, even before those with priority access plans.
12) Can the credits be used by another CPF?
Only the cardholder who purchased the package can use the credits. However, they can purchase as many tickets as they want, according to the ticket limit allowed per plan and for the general public.
13) If I choose an alternative, can I change it later?
No. Once confirmed, the option cannot be changed.
14) If I don't make any choice, what will happen?
Option 3 will be considered, that is, the package will be transferred to the 2022 season.
15) Should my credit be used in a specific competition? For example: I purchased the Libertadores package, can I use the credit in the Brasileirão?
Yes. The ticket credit will be valid for all games, regardless of the package, respecting Flamengo's home field advantage.
16) I had a more basic plan with a higher package. Can I upgrade to the Largest in the World plan, add guests, and, if I have credit, buy tickets for everyone?
Yes. If you choose to convert your package into a fan membership contract, you will be able to use any remaining credit (if any) to purchase tickets, regardless of the plan you choose.
17) I haven't used my credits after 12 months. What will happen?
The credit will automatically expire from the system, with no extension for its use.
18) If I choose to exchange my 2020 package for the 2022 package, will I have any right to watch the 2021 games free of charge?
No. Once you opt for the 2022 package, you will only be able to watch games in that year (2022), and will not be entitled to watch games in 2021 for free. However, you will still have the right to purchase tickets for games in 2021, according to the terms of your fan membership plan.
19) I'm not interested in the options, can I cancel my 2020 ticket package?
The fan club member can request the cancellation of the 2020 package, including within this selection period (05/08/2021 to 30/09/2021), and the conditions of the purchase and use terms of the contracted package will be observed.
