In partnership with CIPA, Clube de Regatas do Flamengo concluded SIPATMA (Internal Week for the Prevention of Workplace Accidents and the Environment), which aimed to raise awareness and prevent workplace accidents, in addition to promoting worker health and well-being. The week featured a series of lectures and activities aimed at club employees, emphasizing the importance of a healthy and safe work environment. The event also featured several partners, including Sesc Rio, which issued membership cards to members; KOLETA, a banner recycling workshop; and Mary Kay, which offered wellness tips and anti-stress massage therapy sessions.
Reinaldo Belotti, CEO and general director of Flamengo, highlighted the importance of the week in raising awareness among the club's employees and collaborators.
"This was the first SIPATMA held here at Flamengo, a very important initiative, as the week was very productive. The event had excellent employee participation, and a wide range of topics were addressed by highly qualified professionals. It raised awareness of the importance of observing small safety and environmental details, so that problems don't persist or lead to incidents or accidents that could cause us any kind of disruption. In short, it was a wonderful initiative that undoubtedly provided valuable lessons for our employees," the CEO emphasized.
Next week, SIPATMA will be held for employees who work at Ninho do Urubu.
SIPATMA is an initiative of the Clube de Regatas do Flamengo and CIPA, with support from the Civil Defense Secretariat of the State of Rio de Janeiro, SESC Rio, Rede D'OR, Mary Kay, Koleta, Fla Gávea, CRF Marketing, CRF HR, SMS and Board of Directors.
