CLUBE DE REGATAS DO FLAMENGO, having taken cognizance of the announcement widely disseminated to the financial market and investors on August 29 and 30, 2019, regarding the issuance of R$ 390.000.000,00 (three hundred and ninety million reais) in 2 series of debentures, by the company Flamengo Participações S/A, clarifies the following:
- The company Flamengo Participações S/A does not have any type of corporate relationship or other type of relationship with CLUBE DE REGATAS DO FLAMENGO;
- The issuance of debentures by Flamengo Participações S/A, coordinated by Banco Votorantim, has no responsibility or relationship with CLUBE DE REGATAS DO FLAMENGO;
Therefore, in view of the principles of clarity and legality that guide the market, CLUBE DE REGATAS DO FLAMENGO refutes any type of association with the company Flamengo Participações S/A and informs that it is investigating all information related to the matter and that it will take all applicable administrative and/or legal measures to safeguard the interests of CLUBE DE REGATAS DO FLAMENGO, its partners, administrators and members.
