In line with the Ministry of Health's guidelines and aiming to guarantee the health, well-being and safety of members, employees, athletes and visitors, Clube de Regatas do Flamengo will take restrictive measures starting next Monday, March 16th.

Preventative measures are temporary, for an as-yet-undetermined period, and complement individual care. As soon as the situation allows, we will return to normal operations.

Preventive actions:

1. Biometric access to the Club's turnstiles will be deactivated, and these will be operated only with badges and membership cards. Therefore, we ask that you always have your cards with you;

2. Biometrics will also be disabled on the time clock; employees must use their badge;

3. Visits to Fla Memória will be suspended;

4. The Tour in Gávea will be suspended;

5. During this period, guests or visitors will not be allowed access to the Club;

6. The sauna, common area and playroom will be closed;

7. We recommend that managers, whenever possible, allow employees over 65 years of age from their respective teams to work from home;

8. Employees and athletes who may present symptoms at home must follow the guidelines published by the Ministry of Health, inform their immediate manager and do not come to the club; in cases of confirmed infection, the Ministry of Health protocol must be followed;

9. Employees, members and athletes who may present symptoms while at the club headquarters must immediately go to the Club's Emergency Room or, if they are at the CT, to the Medical Department;

10. Internal competitions, festivals, tests for external athletes, experimental classes, visits from other institutions and training events in the Auditorium and the Party Hall will be suspended;

11. Closed spaces where there is a gathering of more than 25 athletes, such as gyms (Strength Center 1 and Rowing Strength Center), will not be used by the first categories of each modality;

12. In open training spaces where more than 50 people gather, pre-team and first category training will be canceled;

13. Athletes and professionals who have recently competed abroad must undergo a Coronavirus detection test, and the requests will be provided by CUIDAR doctors;

14. Classes at the Sempre Flamengo Sports Schools will be suspended;

Prevention and responsibility are essential to getting things back to normal as quickly as possible. Be mindful of personal hygiene and avoid frequent physical contact to prevent the spread of the virus.

Replace handshakes and kisses on the cheek with smiles and red and black greetings! We count on everyone's understanding and support.
