Flamengo elections take place this Saturday
Members eligible to vote can participate in the process between 8am and 21pm at the club

This Saturday (8), Clube de Regatas do Flamengo will hold its electoral process to define the president and vice-president of the Board of Directors; the president and vice-president of the General Assembly, as well as the transitional body of the Deliberative and Administrative Councils for the 2019/2020/2021 triennium. Voting will take place at Ginásio Hélio Maurício, at the Gávea headquarters, from 8 am to 21 pm.
Members who are listed as voters at the General Assembly and in good standing with the club are eligible to vote. Official photo ID and membership card are required to vote.
Due to the elections, some services in Gávea will be affected this Saturday. Non-members and guests of members will not be allowed to visit. Furthermore, all training facilities, as well as soccer fields and tennis courts, will be closed. Fla Memória, the club's interactive exhibition, will also be closed. The consumption and sale of alcoholic beverages will be prohibited on club premises.
Four tickets are competing in the presidential elections: 'Pink Ticket - Advance More, Flamengo', of candidate Ricardo Lomba; 'Purple Ticket - United for Flamengo', of Rodolfo Landim; 'White Ticket - Fla Tradition and Youth', of Marcelo Vargas; and 'Yellow Ticket - Brave Heart', of José Carlos Peruano.
The 2018 elections will determine who will be the 57th president in the history of the World's Most Beloved. The elected president will hold office for the next three years (2019 to 2021).
