On the afternoon of this Friday (7), the red-black Fut 7 squad returned to begin work aiming at the 2022 season. In addition to the presentation of the project, new reinforcements were presented to further qualify the Mengão team. The event was held in the Rogério Steinberg auditorium, in Gávea.

The seven new faces that arrived at Mais Querido for the 2022 season are: Martins (wing/midfielder/pivot), Igor (midfielder), Pedrinho (wing), Choco (pivot), Marx (midfielder), Facão (wing) and Wallace (midfielder).

Marco Fialho, coach of the red-black team, thanked everyone who is part of Flamengo's Fut 7 project.

"I'd like to thank everyone who's here for the Fut 7 project. I'm grateful for everything we did in 2021. But now we've turned the page. Those who were here last year need to pass on to those who are coming up with the desire to win, showing how we achieved these victories. In Fut 7, we work at the finest level football has to offer. We have great things to come!" said Fialho.
