Flamengo, represented by its Embassies and Consulates department, visited Real Madrid's facilities in Spain last Thursday (13). During the meeting, vice-president Maurício Gomes de Mattos and coordinator Eduardo Barbosa met with Maria Fernandes, executive of the Penhas department, equivalent to the Embassies and Consulates in Brazil.

The red-blacks were welcomed by Juni Calafat, Real Madrid's football director, who presented the Spanish club's structure to Mengão's directors.

"It was a great pleasure to be at Real Madrid and be welcomed by one of the greatest leaders in the world, Juni Calafat. We exchanged information and talked about football, the realities of Real Madrid and Flamengo. This meeting was very interesting. I can only be grateful for the opportunity to visit the Penhas department, which is equivalent to the Embassies and Consulates," said Maurício Gomes de Mattos.

After the meeting with Real, the red-blacks met some members of Fla Espanha, Mengão's consulate in Madrid.
