Clube de Regatas do Flamengo hereby clarifies and informs that the enterprise called FLA USA New England, located in the United States of America, directed by Mr. Eduardo Cosendey, is not an Embassy or Consulate affiliated with Flamengo, since it is not part of the project of the Embassies and Consulates of the Nation and does not respect its rules.

Flamengo has become aware that the so-called FLA USA New England and Mr. Eduardo are appropriating and commercially exploiting the club's brands and symbols in an undue manner, without any connection, authorization or licensing, obtaining economic benefit to the detriment of Flamengo.

As a result, the Club will adopt appropriate legal measures in the United States of America to prevent such irregularities and repair the damages caused.
