The Flamengo Deliberative Council approved, this Monday (13), the creation of the Club's Electoral and Good Conduct Code. The proposal received the support of 80,68% of the 678 voting councilors and will now be part of Flamengo's Statute.

The new Code establishes rules for conducting Club elections, regulating topics such as election campaigns, the role of the Electoral Commission, transparency, data protection, appeals, and accountability for any irregularities.

The approval represents another step forward in Flamengo's professionalization and governance agenda. Without altering the structure of the Club's Powers, the Code strengthens the integrity of the electoral process by increasing legal certainty, predictability, transparency, and compliance mechanisms, aligning the Statute with best practices in institutional management.

With the new regulation, Flamengo consolidates a governance model based on clear rules, institutional responsibility, and increasingly transparent processes, reinforcing its commitment to the continuous improvement of the Club's management.
