Flamengo and RJZ Cyrela sign definitive deed regarding Morro da Viúva
The construction company's proposal won the bid for the Hilton Santos building; Flamengo will continue to own 30% of the project.

After winning the bid for the Hilton Santos building, in Morro da Viúva, and having the proposal approved by the club's authorities, Flamengo and RJZ Cyrela drew up, this Friday (22), at the Gávea headquarters, the definitive public deed that made the negotiation official.
The club's president, Eduardo Bandeira de Mello, the president of the Council of Great Benefactors, Walter Oaquim, the president of the Fiscal Council, Mario Esteves, the vice-president of red-black Heritage, Alexandre Wrobel, and the founder of the construction company, Rogério Jonas Zylbersztajn, were present.
Wrobel celebrated the outcome of the negotiation and noted that Mais Querido will continue to own 30% of the venture.
"Today, after several steps completed and requirements met, we finally signed the final deed for the transaction approved by the CODE at the end of last year. This is a very important step, another extremely significant achievement in the club's assets, as, in addition to the initial payment, RJZ Cyrela will make an investment of approximately R$115 million in the retrofit "The building is complete, with Flamengo remaining the owner of 30% of the units, which will be delivered fully renovated and enhanced in an iconic development that will be a landmark for the city," said the vice president. According to Wrobel, the funds are already being invested in Flamengo's favor.
“The amounts received are being fully invested in the club's assets, mainly in the construction of the second phase of our training center, which will be inaugurated at the end of this year and will certainly be a source of great pride for the entire Red-Black Nation,” he concluded.
