The finalists for the 16th edition of the Globe Soccer Awards were revealed today after more than 30 million votes from football fans around the world. Flamengo is one of five contenders in the Best Men's Football Club category, alongside Paris Saint-Germain, Barcelona, ​​Chelsea and Liverpool. The winners will be announced on December 28th in Dubai. 

The participation of the Flamengo fans was decisive in both global public voting windows, reinforcing Flamengo's international presence and relevance in world football.

The Globe Soccer Awards is one of the most prestigious awards in world football, created in 2010, which annually recognizes the leading clubs, athletes, coaches, and executives in the sport on a global scale. Unlike awards restricted to a confederation or region, Globe Soccer has international reach and combines global popular vote with the evaluation of a jury composed of directors, former players, coaches, and experts from the football industry.
