In light of this, all fans, whether they are Flamengo or Tricolor fans, are guaranteed the opportunity to watch this final live.

Despite this favorable decision, Flamengo, following the provisions of MP 984, which guarantees that the broadcasting right belongs to the home club, informs that it will only exercise the right obtained in the TJD if the legal dispute between Fluminense and Rede Globo de Televisão continues and prevents the broadcast of the game by both institutions.

Flamengo thus shows that it only agreed to the request made by the Public Prosecutor's Office because it believes that, in this difficult time like the one we are going through in our society, the possibility of seeing a spectacle like the Rio Cup football final would be important for all fans.
