Flamengo inaugurates new Secretariat space

Physical renovation of the department complements institutional improvements in member service and employee training

Flamengo members have another fully renovated space for excellent service in Gávea! This Monday (18), the Secretariat was reopened, on the first floor of the social headquarters, next to the FLA adidas Store.

With a completely revamped and modern look, the renovation went far beyond aesthetics: since 2019, the department has been investing in improving customer service, providing employee training, enhancing systems, and consistently seeking best practices to serve members with transparency and agility.

"All this investment culminated this week with the delivery of the renovated Secretariat, which now has a new layout, ready to serve our members with great comfort, in an environment worthy of Flamengo," said Paulo Cesar Pereira, Vice President of Secretariat.

"We want to offer better and more comfortable facilities for our members, improve the overall quality of all services, and improve the overall appearance. We will also make a number of other improvements, such as the restaurant, the children's water park, and tennis courts. Beach tennis"We have new developments every day. We just inaugurated the lighting on the tennis courts... We were committed to transforming Gávea into the best social club in Rio, and we're getting there. Our members are gaining a space befitting the size of Flamengo," concluded club president Rodolfo Landim.
