Flamengo launches photography book "2019, The Eternal Year - Flamengo's Achievements in Pictures"
Limited edition of 5 copies, numbered, hardcover books with more than 120 photos from the last season
By Flamengo and Onze Cultural - inFlamengo launches, this Thursday (27), the book "2019, The Eternal Year - Flamengo's Achievements in Images", by the publisher Onze Cultural. The work presents, through spectacular images, the historic and victorious season of the red-black football that resulted in the titles of the Copa Libertadores and the Brazilian and Carioca championships.
"Our 2019 football season was forever marked in Flamengo's history. The images of our achievements, which are already immortalized in the minds of each of us, are now recorded in these pages as a legacy for future generations," celebrated Flamengo president Rodolfo Landim.
With a limited edition of 5 copies, the books are numbered and finished with a hardcover. The pages feature over 120 photographs, edited with all the care and attention to detail that the Nação Rubro-Negra deserves, selected by the club's official photographer, Alexandre Vidal, and photographed by himself, along with photographers Marcelo Cortes and Paula Reis.
"In 2019, our Flamengo team played, won, and enchanted. We are very proud to be part of this story by producing this photo book. Flamengo fans will be able to appreciate, revisit, and be moved by the striking images of an unforgettable season," praised Flamengo's Vice President of Communications and Marketing, Gustavo Oliveira.
Last season, the club made history by playing vibrant, intense football, turning every match into a spectacle and resulting in numerous titles. The book "2019, The Eternal Year - Flamengo's Achievements in Images" presents the highlights of these triumphs, a year in which the club not only won but also dazzled the world with its football. This official product, licensed by Clube de Regatas do Flamengo, chronicles the feats that secured the Rubro-Negro's return to "its place in world football," as president Landim stated.
"It's an honor to practice my profession at my favorite club. And it's even more rewarding to immortalize these historic titles won in 2019 through photography," added photographer Alexandre Vidal.
