International Women's Day is celebrated every March 8th. But the fight for women's rights is a daily one. With this in mind, Flamengo created the ELAS DOMINAM project, which will promote support and awareness-raising activities throughout the year, with the support of Mercado Livre, the club's sponsor.

"ELAS" is also the acronym for the campaign's pillars: empowerment, leadership, self-esteem, and health. With these themes at its core, Flamengo will be collecting hygiene items, organizing gynecological appointments, giving lectures focused on women's empowerment, and hosting meetings between athletes from the Flamengo women's teams, in addition to carrying out social initiatives in partnership with the Social Responsibility department.

With ELAS DOMINAM, Flamengo aims to celebrate female representation and encourage women to take control of their own journey, providing support, support, guidance, and combating the lack of information to help them achieve their dreams and overcome challenges.

The nation will be able to follow everything on Flamengo's official social media profiles and on weekly programs on FlaTV.
