Throughout October and November, Flamengo offered a course on combating racism for club employees. Titled "Brazilian Identity and Combating Racism," the course sought to deepen understanding of the formation of Brazilian identity and ways to combat racist practices, providing participants with a critical reflection on society's challenges related to structural racism.

The classes were taught by Diversity Consultants and Masters in Public Policy in Human Rights Ingrid David and Vitor Matos, who have been developing anti-racist workshop cycles at the club for three years.

The course was part of a series of initiatives developed by Flamengo to promote respect for diversity and strengthen the club's commitment to social inclusion. At the end of the course, employees received certificates of participation and committed to applying the acquired knowledge in their daily practices.

The training not only expanded anti-racist dialogue among employees but also contributed to strengthening Flamengo as a socially responsible institution, which goes beyond sport and is dedicated to positively transforming the social reality in which it operates.
