On Monday (4), Flamengo held a Children's Day event at the Professor Eitel Seixas Children's Development Center, in Curicica-RJ. Right-back Rayanne, from the professional women's soccer team, and defender Bia Araújo, from the U-18 team, went to the location and spent the morning playing with the children. The event also had the presence of the mascot Binho and the educational center of the club's Historical Heritage.
"It was a completely different day from my normal routine, and I was so happy to have participated in this activity. It renewed my energy. I was able to reminisce a bit about my childhood and played a lot with the kids the whole time. I think everyone should take some time out and do this," said Rayanne, an athlete on the women's professional team.
Bia, a defender for the U-18 team, also showed enthusiasm when talking about the morning she spent with the children at EDI Professor Eitel Seixas:
"It was a different morning than I'm used to, but no less important! It was incredible to meet the children and play with them. For a moment, I was a child again too. I believe everyone should take some time and look for projects or schools that develop young people."
The action, organized by the CRF's Social Responsibility department, had the support of several partners who helped bring joy to the children: Letícia Melgaço (Decoration), Cake Biju (Cake), Little Box Personalizados (Stationery), Atelier das Lopes (Souvenirs), Brigadeiros Fabiana Dangelo (Sweets), Lolli Pop (Balloons), Meu Mundo é uma Festa (Furniture), Party Time (Popcorn) and Tio Beto Produções (Character).
